Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Representative to join our team. The Sales Representative will be responsible for driving sales, developing new business opportunities, and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients. This is a great opportunity for someone who is passionate about sales and enjoys building long-term partnerships with customers.
Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through market research, networking, and prospecting
- Develop and maintain relationships with key clients, understanding their needs and providing appropriate solutions
- Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations to potential clients
- Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements to close deals
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and successful project implementation
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify potential business opportunities
- Meet or exceed sales targets on a regular basis
- Provide excellent customer service before, during, and after the sales process
Requirements:
- Proven experience in sales or business development, preferably in a technical sales role
- Strong negotiation and communication skills
- Ability to analyze market data and identify potential areas for growth
- Excellent account management skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients
- Fluent in Spanish is a plus
- Customer service-oriented mindset
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently as well as part of a team
Preferred Qualifications: Prior sales background. Knowledge in construction.
